How to Open VB-MAPP in CentralReach

🔹 STEP 1: Log In

• Go to centralreach.com

• Log in using your credentials

🔹 STEP 2: Navigate to the Client

• Click the “Clinical” tab in the top menu

• Choose “Clients” from the dropdown

• Click on the name of the client you’re working with

🔹 STEP 3: Go to the Learning Tree

• On the client’s profile, select the “Learn” tab or “Learning Tree”

• This is where all their programs, targets, and assessments are housed

🔹 STEP 4: Open the VB-MAPP Section

If the VB-MAPP is already imported:

• Look for domains labeled “VB-MAPP: Mand,” “VB-MAPP: Tact,” etc.

• Click the dropdown arrow next to a domain to view individual goals and targets

If it’s not yet added, you’ll need to:

1. Click “Add from Library”

2. Search for “VB-MAPP”

3. Choose the domain(s) and import targets

🔹 STEP 5: View or Edit VB-MAPP Targets

• Click on a target to:

  • View progress

  • Change phases (e.g., Baseline, Acquisition)

  • Adjust mastery criteria

  • Add session notes or documents
