 How to Pull Programs from the Library into the Learning Tree (CR)

🔹 STEP 1: Go to the Client’s Learning Tree

1. Log into CentralReach (Web)

2. Click on “Clinical” > “Clients”

3. Select the client

4. Click the “Learn” tab or open the Learning Tree

🔹 STEP 2: Open the Programs separated by VBMAPP Library

1. Inside the Learning Tree, click the “+ Add From Library” button

2. A new window will open showing your organization’s shared libraries

🔹 STEP 3: Search for the Program

1. Use the search bar or browse by category/domain

   • You can type “colors” “Mand,” “Toileting,” “Social Skills,” etc.

2. Filter results by Level, Domain, or Format (if needed)

🔹 STEP 4: Select Programs to Import

1. Click the checkbox next to the programs or targets you want

2. Preview to make sure they match your goals

Tip: You can import full programs, or individual targets

🔹 STEP 5: Add to Learning Tree

1. Click “Add to Learning Tree”
